Monday-Friday the weather was still summer-like: hot and sunny. On Saturday the weather dropped 20 degrees. It became cloudy, windy, and chilly.
This week I saw a large grasshopper clinging to the back door. I also saw some swans as I passed by the pond on my walk to the tram.
I got the chance to picnic with some friends in a park called Anička at sunset. It was beautiful to see the sun set over the river there. I also got to hike Sivec, which is a small mountain with beautiful views at the top.
It has been starting to get darker here earlier and earlier as winter approaches. It surprises me that it already gets dark by 6:15-6:30 each night.
