To deal with the rain and smog, many bring specific kinds of clothes with them wherever they go. For example, most of my students, like me, take coats and umbrellas with them to and from class. In order to filter out the smog, many people chose to wear a mask or just keep a scarf around their mouth. Farmers and those who work with animals seem to benefit from the cool rainy though sometimes sunny weather because they can leave the animals outside for most of the day.
