Having had so many new experiences in a span of just a few months has made me realize how many amazing places are waiting to be explored even at home in the United States. Studying in Chile has marked the start of my endless desire to learn and explore.
Another thing I have learned while here is to be open-minded and open to trying to things. I encountered so many new foods, places and people along my journey that have added greatly to my experience here. It has helped me to learn so much about the culture, ask questions and meet so many new amazing people that I never would have otherwise.
As I reflect on my journey, I know that deciding to study in Chile has been one of the best decisions that I have made in my life. I never thought it was possible to learn all of these new things that I have tried, see all of the new places I have seen or meet all of the amazing people that I have met. I am so happy that I followed my passion for learning Spanish and even more thankful that it led me to this beautiful country. More importantly, I am most thankful that I was able to share my journey and experiences with all of you. It has been so much fun, and we have learned so much together. If I can leave you with one thing to remember, it is to never give up on your passions. If you really like something, pursue it!
