Oftentimes, there was no hot water and it would get very cold at night; so, it was important that we packed warm clothes! The views in the mountains were beautiful and, one morning, we hiked all the way up to a peak from the Lang Tang Village and saw glaciers and an icy lake. I loved hiking in the mountains and hope to do more trekking in Nepal! One of the famous treks is the Everest Basecamp trek.
I have loved the experiences I have gained on my Fulbright grant, and hope all of you consider doing a grant like this so you can explore a new country and learn from different cultures. Good luck with the rest of your school year and reach out to me through your teachers if you need anything!
