Interview with Julie Corbé, my IFE program coordinator!

Her apartment is in a "ville de banlieue," which is like a suburb of the city, so she has to take a larger regional train to get into Paris, and then a metro train or a bus. 

What types of clothing do you like to wear?:

"I like to wear comfortable clothes. I often wear jeans, a t-shirt (a sweater if it's cold), and sneakers."

What do you like to do in your free time?:

"In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing with my son, spending time with my friends, watching TV series, going to concerts, dancing, and going for walks."

What language(s) do you speak? How do you say "Hello" in your language?:

"I speak French (my native language), English, and Spanish (but my Spanish is a bit rusty...). 'Bonjour' And more informally, 'Salut' or 'Coucou."

Do you have pets?:

"No"

Have you traveled? Where have you traveled to?:

"Yes! I've traveled mainly in Europe (France, including Corsica and Martinique, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Scotland, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic), but also in Egypt, Tunisia, Thailand, and the United States."

What do you do for work?:

"I am the program director and coordinator for IFE Paris, a study abroad program that includes an internship and research for students from American universities." Note from Anna: This is my program! It is called IFE -Institute for field education
