I became more independent, adaptable and open-minded when trying new experiences, new foods or meeting new people. Learning about the emptiness of the term "normal" is something I'll keep with me for the rest of my life.
As I left Milan, I felt really nervous about going home and what lengths the virus would expand to. I'm glad right now that my loved ones and I are safe. I'm will cherish my memories of Milano forever, and this is not the last time we'll meet. I hope that I can travel again, and I hope that you can travel yourself one day, too!
