Traveling from Ulaanbaatar to Murun, Bayankhongor, Darkhan, Baganuur, and Lake Khuvsgul covers a total distance of 2,480 kilometers (1,544 miles).
This week, most of my trips across Ulaanbaatar were on foot. When walking isn’t practical, such as when distances are longer or traffic is light, I occasionally use the city bus system.
This week, the most interesting place I visited was Sukhbaatar Square. Located in front of the parliament building, this grand plaza serves as a vibrant hub in the heart of Ulaanbaatar. There’s always something happening in the square, making it a lively spot to experience local culture and activity.
