I'm grateful for the friends I made on the way back from Prague, whom I'd see during my visit to Rotterdam in the Netherlands a month later. The more I traveled, the more comfortable I got exploring new places and meeting new people.
No matter where I am in the world, I am now confident in saying that people are open to connecting if you bring the right energy and a listening ear. I still miss my friends and family back home, and having distance away from the things and people I love has made me appreciate it even more. I know exactly what it means to me now.
I'll be spending the time I have left going to as many events as possible, saying goodbye to the lovely people I've met and further exploring Kreuzberg, the neighborhood I've had the pleasure of calling home for the past three months. I hope you've learned something following my journey for the last few months, and I can't wait to hear about all your amazing experiences traveling abroad in the future!
