Introducing Me!

I travel a lot for my summer job too, which is acting at a camp called Camp KidJam. We do camp in a new state every week, so I’ve been from Florida to Texas and everywhere in between.

With all the traveling I do, I’m not home often, but home for me is a little house in Rolesville, N.C.! My house is right by Rolesville High School, which is where I went to school and where my dad teaches P.E. The third picture is my family on our annual camping trip, with our dog Benji in the front. I’m the oldest, and I have five younger siblings. All of us went to Rolesville Elementary School, and Charly is in Mrs Burrafato’s third grade class! I bet a lot of you have siblings, or live in Rolesville, but here’s the real thing we have in common… I was in Mrs Barbour’s A.I.G. class in fifth grade too! I took E.L.A. and Math with her from third to fifth grade.

R.E.S. has changed a lot since I’ve been there, but I think it’s super cool that we had the same teacher, lived in the same place, and now I’m in London. I decided to study abroad in London specifically because I want to be an actress and theatre teacher, and London’s West End is like Broadway in New York City: a place with tons of theatre performances close together to see and from which to learn. However, I knew I wanted to study abroad in general to explore the world outside of the United States, and I want to show you that you can do it too. While I’m here, I will be your own personal explorer: sharing my experiences with you, and finding answers to any questions you have about the places I go! Anyone can be an explorer, and the best way to learn is by asking questions. I’m so excited to bring you along on my journey, and to hear about your journeys, too!
