A Trip to Aragón

In December during a puente (a holiday weekend), my friends Morgan, Audrey and I rented a car and explored the autonomous community of Aragón in the north. It was cold but so beautiful!

In Posets-Maladeta, overlooking a valley and a ski resort/spa where we stopped for hot chocolate

Waking up early isn't so bad when you can watch the sun rise over the Pyrenees

We also hiked in the Pyrenees in the unbelievably beautiful Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park

We hiked in a shady valley between mountains, so it was dark, cold and icy

We ended our trip with a sunset drive back to Zaragoza (the capital of Aragón) to catch our bus home to Madrid
