It is always bittersweet to share my experiences in Spain. It was the best two months of my life, and it is such a shame that it had to come to an abrupt end because of the pandemic.
However, sharing my experiences with others helps me to keep all of those memories alive. I am so grateful for the time I spent there and I know I will go back someday. I am even more grateful that I had the chance to shed light on what it is like to study in a different country. It is a rewarding experience and if you ever decide to do it, you will never stop thanking yourself for doing so. As I have previously mentioned, dare to leave your hometown! It is so important to see the world beyond your own lens, and you can only do that through first-hand experiences.
From the bottom of my heart, I hope that you all enjoyed my weekly entries and our video calls. In Spain, when bidding farewell, they do not really say "Adiós" (Goodbye) much, but rather they say "Hasta Luego" (See you later) and I love that! So this is not a "Goodbye," because who knows, maybe we will run into each other someday. So, ¡Hasta Luego, Estudiantes!
