Japanese Customs and Traditions

This is not my favorite because there is a lot of rice. That said, the second dish, as well as my favorite one in Akita, is a rice bowl with eggs and chicken. It is very rich, and the eggs are cooked to perfection. What can I say? I like my eggs.

Something I would like to point out that is not really a tradition or custom but important to know is that unlike in the United States, where people walk and drive on the right side of the street, it is the opposite in Japan. Everyone sticks to the left. Accidents have occurred when pedestrians do not realize this, so please remember that in Japan, we move on the left.
