This week, the weather has varied, but has been mostly rainy. Ireland has had record breaking numbers of rainy days since I have been here. While it has rained almost everyday, the rain usually doesn't last long. Typically it is on and off for about 30 minutes at a time.
This week, I have seen many birds, squirrels and cats. Every morning, there are birds chirping outside my window in nearby trees, alongside the squirrels that hop from tree to tree around my house. The student housing villages here have resident cats that like to roam around during the day and usually come out more in the evenings. Additionally, as part of my education in animal science, I have seen horses and cows, as well!
