These experiences made my time here even more meaningful and opened my eyes to traditions and perspectives I might never have known otherwise.
Of course, not everything was easy. There were moments of confusion, misunderstandings and plenty of challenges. But every moment, good or bad, helped me to grow. Traveling to different cities and countries, navigating new places and learning to adapt taught me so much about resilience, open-mindedness and who I want to be. Through it all, I also met incredible people and made lifelong friends. Going out of your comfort zone and trying new things opens doors you didn’t even know existed.
I also want to thank everyone for following me on this journey. I’ve learned so much since being here, and I hope you’ve learned something, too! Studying abroad and immersing yourself in a different culture is truly an unforgettable experience. I hope you all continue learning Spanish and have the opportunity to do the same one day. Maybe you’ll even choose Bilbao, just like I did!
