Chuseok is a great time to visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, the largest palace in Seoul that dates back to 1395. It's free to visit during the holiday and serves as a hub for learning about Korea's dynasties and ancient history, similar to the way we learn about history during Thanksgiving. Historically, Seoul was a walled-off city.
