I went to my weekly market, which is always an interesting and colorful experience. Vendors play loud music, and customers and sellers are bartering loudly in many languages. Shepherds bring in their sheep to sell, while a meat seller roasts delicious cuts of beef. I usually buy fruit and sometimes vegetables, though in the past I've also bought jewelry and clothing!
I'm planning a trip to larger town nearby to celebrate the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday with some other volunteers in my region! I'm looking forward to experiencing some air conditioning and some yummy food!
