I am 21 years old and a senior at the University of Texas at Austin.
I grew up in San Antonio, Texas and then moved to Austin, Texas after graduating from high school to attend college! Besides being a longhorn, I am also passionate about creative writing, drawing and painting. One of my favorite things to do is to go to art museums, so in my hometown, the San Antonio Museum of Art and the McNay have a special place in my heart!
In college, I study two different majors, International Relations/Global Studies and Italian Studies. I chose to study these subjects because I wanted to feel more connected to the outside world through learning about culture. I study international relations and global studies because I am interested in learning all about different places around the world, how these places interact and what makes them unique. I double-majored in Italian language and culture because I wanted to connect with my heritage as an Italian American. I was born in Italy but grew up in San Antonio, Texas. All of my relatives on my father's side of the family still live in Italy, so I wanted to improve my language skills and also learn more about Italian culture.
