Hello!
My name is Madi and I am from a small town called Chelsea that is right outside of Birmingham, Alabama. I grew up there with my parents and three brothers. My parents taught me and my siblings to explore the world whenever we can. Because of this, I spent a lot of my childhood taking road trips all over the country. And eventually I ended up at the University of Denver in Colorado for college. Colorado is different from Alabama in a lot of ways but for me they are both home!
Now I am twenty-two years old and living in Aix-en-Provence in the south of France. Aix is beautiful and old and everyday I find something new to love about where I live. My school is right in the heart of the city, and some of the buildings around my school are thousands of years old! While here, I live with a host mom and sister and I also have a housemate that I go to school with. Living with a host family makes it so each day I try traditional French food and can see how a french family lives.
