My Trip To Greece!

Photos

This was the first photo I took in Greece! It showcases some of the different architecture found in Greece, with a view of the Acropolis in the background
Me at the Parthenon! This temple was dedicated to Athena, the patron/protector goddess of the town Athens
Also located at the Acropolis, this theater named after Herodes Atticus dates back to 161 CE. It was used for music, theater and dance performances
This vase looks like it's straight out of the Disney movie "Hercules"! It dates back to 510 BCE, meaning it's over 2500 years old
This photo is of Meteora, a town in Greece which has many canyons and monasteries (like churches). Like the Acropolis, it was important to have the religious sites high on the mountain
These may not look like much, but these are some remains from Plato's Academy. Plato is one of the best-known philosophers, even to this day
I visited Delphi, which was at a time the center of religious practices in Greece! This photo includes a temple and a theater
Souvlaki, a staple of Greek cuisine, was one of my favorite meals I had in Greece!
