So far, from Takrazuka to Okinawa has been my longest trip on my journey. That's about 570 miles away!

How did I get around this week?:

I used public transportation, such as buses and trains, along with walking. I walk a lot here.

What was the most interesting place I visited this week?:

The most interesting place I visited this week was the streets near my house in Takarazuka because there was a Danjiri Festival. The Danjiri Festival is a traditional Japanese festival where people pull large, beautifully decorated wooden floats called danjiri through the streets. Teams of people work together to move the floats quickly and carefully. Sometimes, the floats are even raced around corners! The festival is a way to celebrate the local community, pray for a good harvest and show teamwork and strength. I enjoyed watching the festival because it was lively and exciting, and I got to see many people in traditional clothes working together. It was fun and it made me feel connected to the culture and the people of Takarazuka.
