It's been raining almost every afternoon this week. The morning will start out nice and sunny, and then the afternoon is filled with thunderstorms that last throughout the night.
I see cows, chickens, goats and really cool birds on my walk to work every day. I also saw a chameleon for the first time, which was a fun surprise!
On Sunday, I hiked to go see silverback gorillas that live in northern Rwanda. There are only three countires that have these gorillas. It was such an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Rwanda is actually supposed to be in its dry season right now, so the rain has been a suprise. The farmers are very happy because dry season is really hard for those that work in agriculture.
