While living in the states, I don't have the chance to travel to many places often. This week, I went to and from Wisconsin and Illinois. I have a lot of friends in Illinois, near Chicago, because I went to college there. I have a lot of family members and some friends in Wisconsin because that is where I was born and raised.
I have not yet left for my journey to Argentina, but will be within this week!
While living here in the United States, I most often get around by car. If I am able to and if the weather is nice, I enjoy walking places. However, It has been too cold for my liking for walking lately. If I visit any major cities that I live near, like Chicago, I will use their public transportation, like trains.
This week, I haven't visited any new cities. I did try some new restaurants with some friends. We were able to get dinner together as a farewell before I head out to Argentina. I am grateful for my friends and family here. I will miss them while I am gone, but know that they support me so much!
