I am reading a book called The Unaccustomed Earth by Jhumpa Lahiri, who is an American writer born to Indian immigrants. I also have read some articles from PARI (People's Archive of Rural India).
I didn't plan any sports, but I did go to my first cricket match ever. India was playing South Africa. India lost, but it was a blast to see the Indian fans so excited for their team.
I got blessed by a temple elephant while I was in Hampi. Elephants are so magical!
