They originate from India but can be found around the world in captivity.
Peacocks use the environment to surive when they eat and sleep. Peacocks will eat grain, insects and berries. They also fly up into the branches of trees to roost and sleep. While in captivity, peacocks rely on humans to provide them with the things they need to survive, including an environment in which to live.
Humans can harm this creature. In India, they are endangered by habitat loss and hunting. Tigers and leopards are predators of peacocks as well. But since these peacocks are within the city of London and in captivity, there is nothing to be worried about.
