The weather here has been...bipolar! By the end of March It felt like summer had arrived (I had even taken out my jean shorts and put away my snow jacket), but things have since taken a turn. Some days it gets really cold, and it rains from time to time. It's almost as if winter never went away. Can't say I'm glad.
This week I encountered my dream dog walking down the street: a Samoyed! If you are not familiar with this breed, don't worry, I took a picture! Aren't they the cutest things?
The coolest thing I saw was "El Retiro" Park in full bloom. When I visited it for the first time the park was all brown. Now it is completely green, with all the colors of the spectrum. I also noticed that the park contains a huge variety of trees, from palm trees to pine trees, making the scenery here absolutely beautiful.
I also got to see the landscape of northern Spain, filled with hills and plateaus and snow-capped mountains.
