Hi, my name is Angela! I am a senior at the College of Wooster in Ohio, where I study political science and history. I was born in Ghana, but moved to the United States when I was eight years old. Since then I have lived in Virginia, very close to Washington, D.C. I love learning about different people and cultures. I also love music, dance, and performing arts in general, so basically, I am a theatre nerd.
When it came time for me to pick a study abroad location, I knew that I had to go to London. Not only is London a melting pot of cultures, but I am passionate about colonial studies, and Great Britain was a major player in colonization. I studied at Queen Mary University of London. The COVID-19 pandemic cut that experience short, but I'm excited to re-live the time I did spend there with you during this virtual exchange journey.
