As you can assume with the recent pandemic, my stay didn't last all the way until May, unfortunately. I was sent home in mid-March after only spending six weeks in Moscow. My classes and friendships continued, but my immersion experience had ended. As difficult as it was to return home early, I still cherish every second that I spent in Russia, and I hope to share all of my memories with you. If you're interested in learning anything in particular about Russia or if you're curious about why Russia does what it does, don't hesitate to ask. As a student of international studies, my interest extends past only Russia, though my knowledge is more limited. I hope that we can have some really interesting and engaging conversations this semester about the world and that we can learn from each other! I'll talk to y'all soon!
