I think that the city would become very messy! There would be trash everywhere and everything would smell. In addition to that, I think the city would become very unsanitary. This would make people very sick!
I think Madrid is doing a great job of keeping the city clean. Madrid provides its residents with free trash bins. One is for recycling, another for mixed waste, and the third is for organic material. Also, Madrid has trash bins everywhere! You do not have to look far to throw something away, which is very convenient. Another important thing I have noticed is how the take-out restaurants within the city use cardboard. Whether you are eating ice cream or a meal, vendors give you cardboard holders. This is really nice because of how easy it is to recycle cardboard!
