Ahoj! Hello! My name is Annie Ledvina. I am 17 years old, and I am from Birmingham, Alabama. I grew up on a college campus in College Hills with my older sister and my parents. I love to read, try new foods, dance, shop, and meet new people. My favorite type of food is Indian food, but it changes all the time. I also love to walk my dog, especially in the spring, when the daffodils are in bloom, and there are baby animals everywhere. I enjoy listening to music, podcasts, and audiobooks, mostly while walking or running. My favorite subject in school is history. I think learning about the past and how it affects the future is so cool, as well as learning how societies have developed over time. My love of cultures and people has led me to my dream of traveling the world. I have been especially interested in traveling to the Czech Republic, because that is where my dad is from. I want to learn more about Czech culture and language and connect with my family there. All of this has led me to study abroad in the Czech Republic!
