The weather here is very cold! The sun doesn’t come out much, and the wind is really strong. I have to wear lots of clothes and jackets to stay warm when I go outside.
I saw many people walking their dogs outside. There were also horse-drawn carriages taking tourists around the city, so I got to see some horses, too. (The carriages were like fancy wagons pulled by horses.) And I saw lots of pigeons flying everywhere!
The coolest thing I saw in nature was the trees on the hills of Karlovy Vary. It’s fall, so the leaves are red, orange and yellow. They looked so beautiful!
The winds can be very strong here! They can be so strong that they can even push your whole body in one direction. Today, the wind gusts can go up to 38 miles per hour.
