My name is Anthony Azzun, and I want to share a little bit about myself with you! I come from a town in Missouri called Bolivar, and I just graduated from the University of Arkansas where I studied biochemistry. A fun fact about me is that I studied abroad six times during college! I got to travel to Mozambique, Peru, Mexico, Spain, France and Belize! I learned many important things in college, including that I really like learning about hospitals and I also like to teach people new things. I was fortunate enough to get a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant scholarship to Andorra, which has one of the best hospitals in the world, so this year I can do both of those things!
Andorra is right between Spain and France. It is small enough that it is hard to see on a map. Can you find it? Andorra is a very interesting country. Due to its location, a lot of people actually speak both Spanish and French. The official language, though, is called Catalan. That means, including English, I will be speaking four languages while I am here! Luckily, I studied Spanish and French in college, so I can already talk to a lot of people. I think learning languages is fun, and I can't wait to see the adventures I am going to have while I am here! Are you ready to come along? Let's go!
