






Georgia just happens to be one of the border countries between the two continents.
The poppy lives about a year. They bloom near the summer time. In Georgia, the rain doesn't stop until the end of June. So the flowers use the large amounts of water to stay hydrated as long as they can.
Mainly, humans can harm it. The flower is beautiful and anyone passing by may want to pluck it. For now, we are not worried about it. The flower is not in any immediate endangerment.
