Senegal is a beautiful country with amazing plants, animals, and landscapes. You just have to walk outside and open your eyes! What is your favorite animal that comes from Africa? Mine is the giraffe!

You can visit Bandia wildlife park and see a lot of animals including Giraffes!
In the Bandia Wildlife Park if you're lucky you can see zebras too!
Have you ever seen a hedgehog (beside Sonic of course)? Well here we have wild hedgehogs, but they only come out at night! Do you know what it's called when an animal sleeps during the day and is awake at night?
It is common to see a lot of guard dogs at people's homes. These two are training to be livestock protection dogs!

Senegal has several islands, including Goree Island where you take a ferry and can visit historical landmarks like The House of Slaves to learn about the Transatlantic Slave Trade
