Industrialization and Invention in Hungary

Goldmark invented color television while working for CBS Broadcasting in 1940. Color television was not widely used until the 1950s and 1960s, but they all started by using the Goldmark System. Goldmark was recognized for his work in 1970 by the American Academy of Achievement, and then again in 1977, where he was awarded the National Medal of Science by President Jimmy Carter.
