Guangzhou is about 105 miles away from Hong Kong, and Zhuhai is about 40 miles away.
I traveled to a lot of places on this trip, but they were all located near Hong Kong. I visited four cities: Shenzhen, Macau, Guangzhou, and Zhuhai.
I mainly got around this week by bus, car, subway, and train.
The most interesting place I visited this week was Yongqing Fang in Guangzhou because I got to try on traditional Chinese clothes in a very beautiful setting.
Guangzhou is a huge, busy city with amazing street food and cool, modern skyscrapers. Just a short trip away, Zhuhai is much more calm and peaceful, known for its beautiful parks and views of the ocean. If you visit, you can see a famous palace in Zhuhai and then take a fast train to shop at Guangzhou's fun markets!
