This week was mostly rainy and very windy, which made the ocean waves a bit bigger than usual. Luckily, the sun finally came out over the weekend! This kind of weather is normal here until it starts warming up in late March and April.
I saw tons of pigeons, seagulls and other birds. I also saw lots of cats walking around the streets! In Croatia, street cats are very common, and people in the city take care of them.
I saw two cats sunbathing right in the middle of the street! They looked so cozy and relaxed. It was super cute and made me miss my pets back home.
The sunsets over the Adriatic Sea have been unreal. Watching the sun go down behind the stone walls of Old Town makes the whole city glow orange, pink and sometimes even purple!
