Salani Kakuhle -- Goodbye!

In fact, we're performing these two dances at an event in May, and I'm really excited! I have a few more weeks before the end of the semester, and when I return to my home university in the fall, I'm happy to bring back all I've learned.

This marks the end of our journey together, but I really hope you all enjoyed hearing my stories, and that this may inspire you to study abroad some day. Before I started this experience, I didn't think studying abroad was possible for me because of the high cost. However, with the help of the advisors at my school and the Gilman Scholarship Program, I've had an unforgettable experience studying in Cape Town. Everyone should have the opportunity to study abroad, and through determination and the generosity of supporters and scholarships, I hope you can too.

Good luck on exams, and I hope you have a great summer! Salani Kakuhle (goodbye in Xhosa)!
