People in Prague speak Czech as a primary language, but many speak English since it is a major city with significant tourism.
They use the Czech koruna or euros in the major city. One U.S. dollar is equal to 22 koruna, making the conversion much more difficult than the Polish złoty (1USD to 4PLN).
Where I was staying, a bottle of water cost 60 koruna or $2 (U.S. dollars). Outside of the touristy parts of Prague, you can find much cheaper water, but since I did not have much time, I stayed in the more expensive areas.
The best meal that I had was a traditional Czech goulash. It is a stew made with meat, vegetables and paprika.
Since I had a significant amount of travel time, I was able to listen to some new and old rap and pop albums. I finally got the chance to listen to the new Taylor Swift album all the way through along with The Chronic by Dr. Dre and some old Kendrick Lamar.
