Meet My Eighth Grade Students!

Introduction:

Instead of interviewing just one student, I decided to interview my entire eighth grade class. I asked them a series of questions and allowed them to decide which ones they wanted to answer. For security reasons, I will omit their names. Since my eighth grade class is one of the most enthusiastic and inquisitive classes I teach, I thought it would be perfect to interview them! Are you ready to see their responses?

What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?:

Student: "I have breakfast: milk with cookies. I have lunch: pasta with meat and water and I have dinner: soup and water."

What is your house like?:

None of my students answered this question. However, I also asked my students about their favorite part of Spain and some of the responses were: the beaches, the food, the people and the Plaza Mayor in Ourense.

What chores do you have at home?:

Student: "Take my dogs out and clean the house, in general."

What jobs do your parents have?:

Student: "My father is a teacher and my mother is a medic."

What time does school start, and what time do you go home?:

None of my students answered this question, so here is mine: School begins at 8:30 a.m., there is a recreo (break) from 11:00 a.m. - 11:35 a.m. and then the school day ends at 2:05 p.m.
