Hi there! My name is Catherine, and I am writing this profile from my new apartment in Glasgow, Scotland. After living in my childhood home for the first 22 years of my life, I moved thousands of miles away to receive my master's degree in history at the University of Glasgow. When I attended Boston University, I completed my undergraduate thesis on how women are remembered in society. However, I knew my work was not complete at my undergraduate school. I was so lucky to get accepted to the Fulbright U.S Student Program and continue to study how people around the world tell their history and figure out why some people (or groups of people) tend to get left out.
