The Henley Passport Index (HPI) is a global ranking of countries' citizens' ability to travel without needing visas. In a political sense, it means that those countries have a good relationship with each other. Who do you think has the strongest passport? Do you think your U.S. passport is high on the list? It may surprise you, but it is not.

As of the latest ranking, Japan, Singapore and South Korea have the world’s strongest passports. Citizens of all three countries can visit 189 nations without needing a visa. The advisory firm Henley & Partners, which ranks countries' passport power, said the tie was a “resounding demonstration of Asia’s growing power and influence on the world stage," per the article provided below:
