I traveled about 100 nautical miles down the coast of Antarctica and back.
I've traveled about 20,000 miles total now, and it feels good to stay in one place for a little while.
The big boat took us everywhere, but we used small inflatable zodiacs to cruise around and see things up close.
We went to a place called Deception Island, which is an active volcano. There used to be a whaling station there, but it was destroyed in an eruption in 1967. You can still see the ruins on the beach.
