This week has been absolutely beautiful! We have been lucky over here in Taiwan, with mostly sunshine all week. Since spring is just starting, the weather is becoming perfect!
This week I saw a few monkeys while on a run and some sea turtles while scuba diving!
This past week I hiked to a beautiful natural hot spring. Lisong Hot Spring, as it is called, is one of the coolest places I have seen in Taiwan.
In my small town of Guanshan, we have a local strawberry farm. The owner happens to be the parent of one of my students, so I go and pick strawberries all the time! They are fresh and delicious, and he always gives me a whole bunch to take home. What's even better is the fact that he makes homemade strawberry ice cream! As you can imagine, I always get ice cream after strawberry picking.
