Everyone just fills their reusable water bottles from the faucet, and it's completely safe anywhere in the country! I haven't bought a single water bottle since moving to Finland. Finnish tap water is the best!
My friend and I cooked mushroom bao buns! We cooked oyster mushrooms in a spicy peanut sauce, then put them on bao buns with pickled cucumbers. This wasn't a traditional Finnish dish, but they tasted really yummy.
