Traveler Bio

My name is Darleny, and I'm super excited to share my adventure with you! I live in New York City and go to Baruch College to study Graphic Design, which means I create lots of cool art with computers.

I am currently in the Dominican Republic as an exchange student at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). In fact, I was born in the DR! I wanted this trip to be one of discovery and exploring new responsibilities, such as living on my own, making my own food, and working on solo projects.

One thing I look forward to joining is the Mango Expo. It's a big party where farmers bring lots of mangos and get to know about the rich agriculture of my island! In my free time, I love drawing, reading, and exploring new places. I am excited to explore this new chapter and share with you all my experiences to inspire you to do the same!
