Lara: I take the metro from my house to the city center, and I take the bus from the city center to my university.
Ángel: Same as Lara! When I go to Toledo, I normally drive with my brother because he has a car.
Lara: I love fashion! I recently got a new matching pink jacket and skirt that I love to wear out with friends. I almost never wear sweatpants or sneakers in public, and I prefer to be dressed up.
Ángel: I normally wear jeans, boots and a t-shirt—nothing too fancy! Sometimes my brother and I share clothes. When going out, I like to wear a leather jacket.
Lara: I love spending time in Moncloa, the college student neighborhood in Madrid's city center. I'll share tapas (snacks) and drinks with my friends in the plazas. I also like going to the gym and spending time with my family!
Ángel: I love going home to Toledo for family meals and going to the gym.
Lara: Spanish is my first language, but I speak a bit of English! I am more comfortable talking to Delaney in Spanish, and it is fun to teach each other new words.
Ángel: Me too!
Lara: Yes! I am obsessed with my dog Balu. He is part husky. I also love my small cat, Olivia. She always curls up in my bed to sleep. I am a huge animal person.
Ángel: My family has a lot of land in Toledo, so we have lots of farm animals!
