I currently live in Seville, Spain. In Spain, the official language is Spanish but there are other unofficial languages spoken here such as: Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Basque, and Aranese. Most people also speak English or French as a second language.
Spain is in the European Union, or as we say in Spain, Unión Europea. In the UE, we use euros to purchase items.
One bottle of water is between 1-3 euros. Most of the time it is 1,50 euros, but some places upcharge for water if they are in a tourist area.
This week I tried a banana matcha latte with my friend. I had never tried this combination before, so I was curious about how the flavors would taste together. I am used to seeing matcha paired with flavors like vanilla or strawberry, so banana was something different. I enjoyed having the opportunity to try something new, especially since I was able to share the experience with a friend. Since I am living in Spain for the time being, I want to take advantage of the opportunity to explore different cafes and try drinks that I might not normally order. Even though trying a new drink is a small experience, I think these moments are part of what makes living in another country interesting.
