The beginning of the week started off cold and a little windy. However, slowly the sun has come out and these days the air quality has been really good. I don't have to wear a mask, so I'm really happy!
Yesterday I saw a kkachi, or Korean magpie, for the first time. A magpie is a type of bird that is very smart and found mainly in Europe, Asia and western North America. It was so beautiful. Its feathers are bright blue, black and white. I hope I see one again.
The cherry blossoms have finally bloomed. I went to see the pretty cherry blossoms at the Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival. There were a lot of people taking pictures and some street performers as well.
According to the air quality app on my phone, the air quality is going to be good the rest of the week, so it looks like I won't be wearing a mask for a while!
