Hello everyone and welcome to my journey! I'm Dulce and I'm excited to share with you my life as a student here in Seoul, South Korea. Right now I'm a student at one of the most prestigious universities in South Korea: Yonsei University. Yonsei University is about 11,157 km (6,933 mi) from Georgetown University—my university in the United States.
Even though I go to Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. my hometown is actually Los Angeles, California. I lived in Los Angeles all my life until I graduated high school and decided to go to school in Washington, D.C.
I like living in Los Angeles and D.C. because they're big cities with a lot of different cultures and languages and I've always liked learning about other cultures. Since I was very young I wanted to learn how to speak another language, so when I first discovered the music genre of K-pop (Korean pop) I decided to learn Korean. My main goal is to learn how to speak Korean very well and learn more about the history and culture of South Korea.
