Traveler Bio

Hi guys! My name is Ella, and I'm from Denver, Colorado, but I was born in Nantes, a city in the North-West region of France. I love skiing, hiking, and pretty much anything in the outdoors! I'm a Junior at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I study psychology and business.

Currently, I'm studying abroad in Paris, France! I chose this program because I grew up speaking and learning French, and I wanted the opportunity to make my French better. I've been to France a lot with my family, but this is the first time I'm here without them.

While I'm in Paris, I get to take awesome classes like "French Culture and Cuisine", where I get to learn about France's rich culinary history by region. Did you know that Paris is the gastronomic capital of the world? We also get to take fun field trips around the city to learn about bread, cheese, and restaurants.

Aside from getting to know the amazing city of Paris, I'm also getting to know other cities on the weekend when I can. The trips I have planned are to London (UK), Châtel (a small French ski town next to Switzerland), Normandy (Northern France), Barcelona (Spain), Prague (Czech Republic). I'm so excited to explore these places and share with you all of my amazing experiences!
